My two brothers and I met Ali after we came into the country from Mexico in 1993. From the beginning we learned fundamental skills in trades like roofing framing and lawn maintenance. I worked with them on and off in summers. I started a drywall, framing and painting company. Now moving to cdl license and heavy truck mechanics. They taught me everything I know. I am married and have 2 kids. My wife and I have been married for almost 15years. Alli, Mark, Joe and Steve were a big influence to me in helping me develop skills in society avoiding the gangs. Alli was big in providing guidance in right and wrong choices. They kept me out of the gangs. They were a positive influence to us. They taught us how to choose friends, how to associate with good influences and keep minds and bodies focused on good things. I have ADHD so I am a very hands on type and very nature oriented type of person and they helped me use these positive traits to learn and develop my skills.

I was16 years old when I met Alli. My mom used to clean his house. I was a troubled kid who got into trouble a lot and did a lot of bad things. Alli hired me to clean chicken pens. I learned how to turn my life around through their training and influence. I learned to focus on electrical skills as a trade and now owns my own electrical company called Halo Electric. I learned from Mark about how to change from a troubled kid to an influential member of society. I love God am no longer drinking. People come into your life and get you to turn yourself around and put your life right.
