Program Overview

We recognize the importance of highly effective residential, educational and life skills training for young men in this age group. Our proposed training program is designed to assist in providing a safe hands-on environment where life skills and learning a trade come together. We believe our program will teach enhanced efficiency, reduce turnover, and improve overall job satisfaction among our residents.

This comprehensive program offers a customized blend of interactive instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, and follow-up support, catering to the diverse learning styles of our young people entering the workforce today. Implementing this residential program in a newly remodeled 5-acre property with all necessary tools and equipment ensures new residents gain the skills and knowledge needed to thrive, positively impacting their lives.

We are all aware of the gaping need for trained trades workers in our state. This program will be led by licensed Master tradesmen in the following areas of construction: General and Commercial Residential, Electrical, Solar, Insulation Roofing and Framing. It offers the opportunity for the participants to become certified in the operation of heavy equipment, scissor lifts, forklifts, and booms. At the same time, they will learn personal development, goal setting and financial literacy. Participants will also have the opportunity for connection with licensed therapists and participate in an equine based therapeutic curriculum.
