Established in 1980 by Reverend Ali Alexander and Reverend Abe (last name), FCJC has consistently managed and overseen both its church and educational facilities. These endeavors aim to cater to the needs of individuals seeking religious and spiritual worship while fostering the teaching of the Gospel. FCJC is dedicated to undertaking spiritual and charitable initiatives, offering education, counseling, and various acts of service.

For more than four decades, FCJC has effectively supported young men on their journey of self-discovery and self-reliance. Numerous participants have not only acquired the practical skills necessary for a livelihood but have also developed leadership abilities essential for initiating and managing their own businesses. Many individuals who have engaged with FCJC have successfully moved on to accomplish significant milestones in their personal and professional lives. 

The church has provided training in a diverse range of entrepreneurial opportunities, encompassing semi-professional sports, restaurant management, contracting, electrical work, professional painting, insulation installation, low-voltage systems, and commercial, municipal, and custom residential construction producing successful graduates in all categories.
